SOAR is for athletes seeking to achieve higher levels of performance. Athletes will be pushed to attain greatness through a balanced athlete training program. SOAR focuses on a solid foundation in five main pillars:

1. Integrity: Athletes, parents, and coaches can expect all trainers and interns to be honest and make moral decisions that put the athletes and parents first.
2. Dependable: Athletes, parents, and coaches can also expect trainers and interns to be reliable exercise professionals that can be trusted to accomplish what has been promised to them.
3. Respect: Every athlete will be treated equally no matter their level of fitness. No one athlete will be favored over other athletes. The SOAR athlete training program is for athletes ages middle school to high school. With programs also available for 4th-5th graders, college athletes, and adults! Athletes will be placed into age specific groups. SOAR strives to provide a safe environment and teach proper training form. The fitness facility has equipment handpicked in helping athletes reach new levels of performance:
Curved motorless treadmills
Vertimax trainer with several ways to work on sport-specific movements. Free weights and Kettle bells
Bosu and stability balls, plyo box, and medicine balls for balance, core, and power training
