Happy New Year!! Every year is a new opportunity to reset your mindset towards new goals. Wether your goals include self care, education, rest, hydration, family, strength, etc.... this year is the year you can choose to finally make yourself proud. The gratification that comes from crushing your goals is truly addictive. Stop allowing excuses hold you back from the future that you truly want. You get to choose your hard.
Here's some tips to accomplish your goals:
1. Write down your goals (start with something short term, the easier it is to achieve your first goal, the quicker you'll want to achieve the next)
2. Make a plan - having legit steps to hold yourself accountable can make the journey seem less difficult
3. Allow room for error - Give yourself the grace of being a human being, don't dwell on your set backs, push forward and learn from them
4. Focus - wake up every day with your goal in mind and be INTENTIONAL
5. Celebrate every step - the more enjoyable you make it, the more you will want to stick to it
