Detroit Lions Football Education reached out to share information about their Football Camps they have in Northern Michigan, with upcoming locations including Ga***rd, Traverse City, etc.

These camps are built to support youth football organizations by emphasizing:

All sessions are led by trained coaches following the Detroit Lions Football Education curriculum, with a focus on teaching the game the right way and reinforcing what athletes learn in their local programs.

The Grayling Junior Vikings are looking to fill a couple of Board Positions:

🟢the DIRECTOR OF FOOTBALL OPERATIONS position for the 2026 season and beyond.
&
🟢the DIRECTOR OF FUNDRAISING position for the 2026 season and beyond.

📋 These positions will begin and operate on an interim basis for a period, as a non-voting position, but still allows the individual to participate in all board functions and all board communications. Upon completion of the interim period, the voting position will commence for both positions.

⭐ New for our GJV board, all Board of Directors positions are now voting positions!

📋 These positions require the individuals to attend board meetings, and allows them to offer insight on GJV board functions.

📋 These positions also require volunteer work as needed for things such as home games, GJV event volunteering, and pitching in wherever else is needed.
