Fusion is a fun, high-energy dance fitness class, with an edge. Inspired by a variety of music, dance styles and original choreography; Fusion offers a little bit of everything for all to enjoy, work out and just let go. We combine dance and strength training so bring your weights, 2-4 pound ankle/wrist one's work best. We don't lift in a traditional sense, we dance with them to develop deeper ton

ing of our muscles. HIIT classes offered as well with heavy weight options; Fusion Strong.

$15 per class drop in fee, or purchase a block of 12 classes for $75.00 (expires in 30 days) 10 classes for $120 (expires in 90 days) 5 classes $70 (expires in 60 days). All classes purchased are non transferable and non refundable; cash and checks are accepted well as credit/debit cards. Private studio setting; no gym or membership required. Please bring a water bottle and a small towel. We sweat, a lot but we smile a lot too! Classes fill up quickly and can be full, please register for each class by logging on to fusionwithdawn.com navigate to schedule, and sign up via Fitli. If the class registers as full, please contact instructor directly. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if you cancel your class with less that 24 hours notice. Hey all, Cass here I know it’s been awhile. The last couple of months i’ve been prioritizing my happiness and boy does it feel good. Been cleaning my butt off, working out(I lost 20 pounds here hereeeeee!!!), hanging with family and friends, and eating good ass food. I hope your all doing good, i missed you guys. Let me know how you’ve been spending your spring/summer. I’m gonna be so much better about posting on here, ok love you byeeee!!!!
