ANNOUNCEMENT: MFSI INC. WELCOMES PAUL PLUFF AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
MMSSA Future Shooters Initiative Inc. (MFSI Inc.), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is proud to announce the appointment of Paul Pluff as Executive Director!
Paul brings an exceptional depth of experience and leadership to MFSI Inc., with nearly three decades in management at Smith & Wesson, followed by another decade with Sturm, R***r & Co. before his retirement in September 2025.
His extensive background in the fi****ms industry, combined with his leadership experience and industry relationships, will be a tremendous asset as MFSI Inc. moves forward with its mission.
As Executive Director, Paul will lead the development and expansion of MFSI Inc.'s growing shooting sports leagues and teams, helping bring families, young people, and communities together through safe, responsible, and enjoyable shooting sports.
MFSI Inc. was established with a simple but important belief: shooting sports are for everyone, and no one in the family should have to sit on the bench.
Through education, teamwork, and hands-on participation, MFSI Inc. is working to introduce more families to shooting sports, develop future participants, and create opportunities for people of all ages and experience levels to learn and grow together.
We are excited to welcome Paul to this leadership role and look forward to the growth and opportunities his experience will bring to the organization.
