HEROBOARDS are coming to Franklin on 4th, bringing a whole new way to challenge your strength, stability, balance, and endurance. If you love the slow, controlled burn of Lagree, you’ll recognize some familiar shakes.

Never tried Lagree? No problem. HEROBOARDS are designed for everyone, whether you’re a seasoned shaker or stepping into the studio for the first time.

You’ll see dedicated HEROBOARD classes on the schedule, plus HEROBOARDS incorporated into select strength classes each week to keep your workouts fresh, fun, and effective.
