After having her second child, she joined FBBC looking for a workout routine that would keep her motivated โ€” and she found so much more. Through the support of our coaches, structured workouts, and an amazing community, sheโ€™s grown stronger both physically and mentally.

Sessions 0-25 are designed to develop your gym habit. Without your gym habit, all the other stuff doesnโ€™t matter. Sessions 26-50 works on our โ€œproteinโ€ habit, so all that hard work can pay off for you! If you donโ€™t have the materials to build a 4-sided house you simply cannot build it. Protein gives you those supplies. Sessions 51-75 works on your โ€œpushโ€ habit. Getting you used to pushing for that extra rep, pushing for those heavier weights and pushing you out of that comfort zone for that 1%.
