We’re hiring!

Looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team at The Harding Mazzotti Arena. This is a great opportunity to be part of the behind-the-scenes action that keeps events running smoothly.

Position: Operations / Changeover Crew / Cleanup
Shift: Overnight (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Responsibilities include:
• Setting up and breaking down event spaces
• Moving equipment, seating, and staging
• General cleaning and post-event cleanup
• Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for:
• Reliable and punctual individuals
• Ability to perform physical work (lifting, standing, moving)
• Team players with a strong work ethic
• Flexible availability, especially nights and weekends
