1️⃣ Hand Wraps Ready – Freshly washed, rolled tight with our trusty wrench rollers. Because preparation = confidence. 🌀
2️⃣ Hands Wrapped – Wrist support, knuckle protection, injury prevention. Strong foundation = strong performance. 🤲
3️⃣ Jump Rope Flow – Light on the feet, rhythm locked in, heart rate up. It’s more than cardio — it’s about timing & precision. 🔄🔥
4️⃣ Muscle Recovery – Foam rollers, lacrosse balls, massage guns. Staying loose means staying injury-free. 🧘‍♂️💪
