When Kerrie first walked through our doors 11 years ago, her goal was simple: lose a few pounds.
What she found was so much more.
Along the way, she discovered a community that motivates, encourages, and celebrates every victory—big and small. What started as a weight-loss journey became a passion for getting stronger, challenging herself, and realizing what she’s truly capable of.
Today, Kerrie’s goals look very different than they did on day one. The number on the scale matters a lot less than the confidence she’s gained, the strength she’s built, and the friendships she’s made.
