Training is proud to bring you The Patriot Brawl: Team of 4 CrossFit Competition on Saturday September 14, 2024. The Patriot Brawl is a daylong competition that allows teams of 4 members (2 men/2 women) to compete in CrossFit and CrossFit style exercises to find the fittest team of the day in both RX, MASTERS 40+, and SCALED categories. The winners of this competition will need to rely on, not onl

y their physical abilities, but also their ability to work as a team and communicate together. Each year our event has grown, reaching the CrossFit community from all over the Mid-Atlantic Region and beyond. At the Patriot Brawl this year, we our anticipating hosting 50 teams, 200 athletes, many more volunteers, friends, families, and vendors. We are also excited to announce our partnership with the non-profit ValorFit.
