The Blaze girls got after it yesterday at the Schools Out Bash, winning both pool games and landing themselves in the top diamond bracket in just their second 12u tournament!🔥Standing strong against second year 12u teams and working hard at the plate, the circle and all over the field. They fell short and went home in the single elimination bracket this afternoon, landing them in 5th place out of 13 teams!

Shoutout to Kyler and Emy for being named players of the game yesterday. Kyler caught game one, throwin out girls on the bases and was an absolute wall behind the plate! Emy has been swinging a hot bat, placing balls exactly where we need her to and scored the winning run in a tie ball game! Keep crushin ladies!💪

It was another busy weekend at the fields!! After winning both pool games and earning our seed into the *Elite* bracket, we ended up falling short in our very first bracket game, sending us to Sunday in the losers bracket. The girls arrived with fight and grit and went back to back to back to back all the way to the championship last night! There wasn’t quite enough gas in the tanks to finish it, but these girls walked away Elite bracket finalists at the NCS Crossroads Summer Kickoff!☀️

Next stop - Another 12u weekend this weekend at the Schools Out Bash in Burnet!🥎

Our first 12u tournament was a doozy! The learning curve was curving on Saturday…but with each game the girls were making strides and finding their way. On Sunday we found ourselves in the silver bracket, the only 10u team there…but were ready to bring our best! Four games on Mothers Day and these ladies walked away undefeated in bracket and champs!🥎

We definitely learned a lot and made some mistakes along the way. Our bats were a little quiet, but we know they’ll get there! Pitchers rocked the mound and our defense had some really incredible moments!

Excited for what is to come!🔥

Day in and day out these mamas make the world go round!🌎 They are the chauffeurs, the chefs, the maids, the laundry specialists, the calendar keepers, the nurses, the personal shoppers and the household CEO. They support these girls on and off the field and lose their voices screaming in the bleachers. We are so thankful to have the best of the best here in this Blaze family!
