Wake up, it’s gameday! The Pioneers are in the postseason for consecutive years for the first time since 2004, and they need your support bright and early for a 10:00 am start at HOME as they take on the top-seeded Dardanelle Sand Lizards. It’s win or go home in the first round of regionals, as always!

Just a reminder that there are scam accounts out there that say they have the link for live video for today’s game and other games. Many of these are easy to spot, but there is at least one account that is nearly identical to the AAA’s page except that it only has 156 followers. PLEASE don’t click on any of those links. Our game today will be available to stream free on the Hudl Fan app/website for free or you can watch on GameChanger like normal. Instructions for accessing Hudl Fan are in our last post.

Lots of good information for the regional tournament tomorrow through Saturday. Your Pioneers will get the day started at 10:00 am as they take on top-seeded Pottsville from the 4A-4. The Lady Pioneers finish the day on the softball side vs. Pottsville at approximately 5:30.

Tickets for regionals must be purchased online through the link below. Make sure you are selecting the correct event (4A-1 regional baseball/softball) AND day(s) you are attending. Purchase them before arriving at the ballpark to avoid a delay on entry to the ballpark.

We are in a lightning delay with our stay time pushed back to 5:52, assuming no more lightning enters the 10 mile radius. We will still host Coach Seligman’s jersey retirement ceremony after the conclusion of the varsity game.

Please make plans to join us this evening after the varsity game as Gentry Public Schools’ leadership will hold a brief ceremony to recognize the contributions of Coach Sean Seligman and retire his #40 jersey. In addition to many other roles over his long tenure at Gentry, Coach Seligman was the baseball coach when Pioneer Field was built. Mrs. Seligman will join Coach Hester on the field for this ceremony— please stick around after the conclusion of the game.

It’s gameday! The Pioneers host Gravette for the final regular season home game of the season. With a win today, the Pioneers clinch the 3-seed in next week’s regional tournament at home. First pitch is at 5:00, JV plays afterward!
