Tourney season will be upon us before we know it ❤️💎💎🎳

10/19/2026

Good morning all our DDI family and friends! Our 'rest season' is coming to an end which means it's time for me to get things rolling.

This week we will be sending out reservation confirmation emails to all coordinators with a reservation for 2027. Included in this email will be:
• A copy of your reservation (including times and spots reserved)
• The 2027 entry form
• The DDIT information sheet
• The rules sheet
• A coordinator money sheet (a simple sheet to help coordinators collect money from their bowlers)

Important to note - you MUST respond to this email by December 1 in order to save your reserved spots. Life happens and sometimes that changes plans. Therefore, the email you receive this week is to confirm your reservation. Please please respond to let me know either:
1- yes I'm filling my spots or
2-no life happened and I'm unable to fill my spots.

News for all our senior bowlers:
I'm adding an optional Senior all-events for 2027! Participants ages 55+ (hdcp only) will have the option to enter into the senior all-events!

We're looking forward to another fun tourney season ahead!

🆘 Attn coordinators:

I was notified that some of the LADIES checks are incorrect. Once I began looking I discovered the data sheet I uploaded for payments did not sort the money correctly. Some of the ladies checks are for too much money and others are not enough money.

When you receive your checks,
DO NOT DISTRIBUTE THE LADIES CHECKS

Ladies, if your coordinator already have you your check, DO NOT CASH IT.

These checks are incorrect.

I am currently working to correct this. I apologize for the inconvenience this will cause. I will have the correct checks ready very soon.

You know the drill. Questions and concerns come through email at [email protected]

The men's checks are fine. This only pertains to the ladies checks

Good morning all my lovelies 💎💎

Corrina, Crystal, and I have been putting in the hours to get these checks done. We are on the homestretch now! All envelopes will be ready to mail out this afternoon ❤️

If you asked to pick your check up, they will be available this evening.

Coordinators: VERY IMPORTANT

As soon as you receive your envelope, distribute the checks to your bowlers immediately. Checks are void after 90 days. If you have a question, email me at [email protected].

A copy of the prize fund will be emailed out this week to all coordinators and everyone who has already emailed asking for a copy. If you want a copy of the prize fund, email me at [email protected]. Only bowlers who email me will receive a copy.

This year's prize fund was just over $213,000 and there were over 1000 checks issued. This is a huge task. As hard as we've tried to not make any mistakes, a mistake or two could have still happened.

If your check is wrong don't panic. Simply email me at [email protected] and I will get everything straight.

Again, we want to thank everyone for another fun year ❤️

We love yall,

Your DDI tourney crew

Hold please. I need to recapture the images. I'll have everything posted soon. Super Bracket time!!

I will post separate posts for each bracket (Ladies, Open hdcp, Open scr ) Since the super bracket is a 9 game bracket built and processed in excel it's too large to post the entire bracket in a single image. Therefore, I screen capture each section and will post those images for yall.

Any questions please don't hesitate to reach out by email at [email protected].
