Dear Tenants,
After careful consideration 1st Choice Storage has decided to keep all MS Gulf Coast Store offices manned but closed for public entrance due to the increase of CoVid19 in Harrison and Jackson County. Customers will not be allowed into our offices even if wearing a mask. We realize that this will be a burden to some, but we value the safety of our customers and our employees. We can do move ins via internet, over the phone or by appointment only (outside) if we have units available. We prefer that you follow the guidelines below for payments. Again, if you come to the office you will not be able to come inside the office.

Payment can be made:
1)By phone with any credit or debit card

2)Online via our website at

(If you do not have an account already set up please call your local office for assistance)

3)Check or Money Order via USPS

4)Payment Drop Box (NO CASH) check or money order only

As Regional Manager for all MS Gulf Coast Facilities I am asking that all of our customers please call payments in over the phone, drop in a drop box, send in the mail or pay online at 1stchoiceforstorage.com

If you have problems with online billing please call our store.

We are trying to abide by the social distancing guidelines. We do not want CoVid19 nor do we want to pass it to anyone else in the event we should catch it.

If you need to rent a unit we are renting them but please call for an appointment first. We can also rent over the phone for right now.

Front office renovations are done. It's time to come by and rent a unit for 1/2 off the first 3 months. Right now we have 10x20's , 10x10's and 5x10's. We are open Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm and 9am to 2pm on Saturday. If you would like to reserve a unit by phone, call us at 228-497-5117. We also have a referral reward for existing tenants. If you refer someone to us and they rent a unit, you will receive a $10 credit on your next month's rent. Best of all, if you are a first responder or military personnel, we offer a 25% discount with valid ID.
