Bentley must have been our lucky charm last night at Hancock County Speedway Sport Mod Nationals! A 2/100 draw put us on the pole for the first heat race of the night, and we were able to hang on for the heat race win.

The redraw gave us P8 for the feature. To my wife’s surprise, we rolled the top side and worked our way up to P4. A caution at the wrong time shuffled things around, and we ended up bringing home a P5 finish.

Overall, it was a great night at one of our favorite tracks, surrounded by family and friends. We’ll take another top-5 and keep building on it. Thanks to everyone who supports us week in and week out!

Picked up a heat race win last night at Kossuth County Speedway, driving from P6 to P1. 🏁

Started on the pole for the feature and brought home a P5 finish. Not quite the result we were looking for, but we’ll take the red arrows, learn from them, and keep moving forward.

We’ll unload again tonight for the Hancock County Speedway Sport Mod Nationals. See everyone there!

No racing tonight! We’ll try again for tomorrow night at Marshalltown Speedway!

With rain moving into Algona and radar for next few hours looking “colorful” at times we are gonna cancel tonight’s race program. We will work to reschedule stock car show on another Thursday night, no guarantees. Again we are canceled for this week!!
Up next week is IMCA SPORT MOD Special with 1000 to win and a 100.00 dollar bonus to first if we have 24 Sport Mods for the Scott Cook Memorial Sport Mod Special.
