When it comes to fitness changes for ourselves, I am a huge believer in consistency. Everyday is a new opportunity to make better choices to create a happy and healthy lifestyle. I am pretty disciplined when it comes to my fitness routines, but believe me - I am one hundred percent human and also struggle with those undesirable days when I lack motivation. As a group fitness instructor and personal trainer, I also ask the question to someone I may be working with: โIndividually, what drives you to make the changes you are looking for?โ
If it's to lose ten or even twenty pounds, there must be a purpose behind it. As the saying goes, if you want something bad enough, you will do it and quit making excuses as to why you can't do it! Bottom-line: yes it's hard work but with a daily routine of my at-home workouts and a healthy lifestyle, we are all capable of controlling our lives when it comes to better health.
I am excited to continue providing fresh workouts with lots of variety to the YvetteFit page. With the help of your comments and feedback, I have been able to mix up the workouts for your pleasure. I plan to continue creating low-impact, high-impact, and also a variety of different times: 30 minutes / 45 minutes, 60 minutes / 70 minutes, etc. to appeal to all. I appreciate the comments under all the work outs so much!
