Great advice from someone who definitely knows!
I believe this 💯! I always try and keep everything clean and looking nice, answering the phone within the first couple rings, respond to messages asap and call people back. My biggest sticker, and all my guys can tell you is that I don’t like a dirty dock, I don’t like clutter on the dock, keep it clean and picked up daily, and keep the boats clean and never worn looking. Every client should feel like they are on a fresh new dock and fresh new boat everyday. I look for the 5% everywhere I go also. It definitely makes a difference and customer service should always be #1
