After September, I will no longer be teaching classes in my current space, and while I’m excited to see what’s next, it’s definitely bittersweet.

I have absolutely LOVED teaching here and am so incredibly grateful for every person who has walked through the door, rolled out a mat, tried something new, and supported me along the way. Your encouragement, friendships, and willingness to show up have meant more to me than you know. 🥹❤️

So, if you’ve been thinking about joining me for a class, come see me through September while you can! 🧘‍♀️✨ I would love to spend these last few weeks in this space with you.

And don’t worry—I’m not going anywhere! 😊 I’ll still be available for private sessions, special events, and group experiences.
