You'll build a strong Hatha foundation, then learn to use the aerial hammock and Great Yoga Wall to make yoga accessible for every body. Along the way you get weekly practice labs, monthly 1:1 mentorship, a printed manual + video library, and full access to our mat, aerial, and yoga wall classes throughout training.

No aerial or yoga wall experience needed — just 6+ months of yoga practice under your belt.

We're a Yoga Alliance accredited school, and you'll earn CE hours too.
