STRENGTH UNDER FATIGUE 💪🏼

You guys showed up and crushed today’s workout! 👏🏼
Today’s focus was building strength, muscular endurance, and the ability to maintain output as fatigue sets in.
With HYROX Dallas only being 3 weeks away, now it’s time to dial in the details:

* Technique: Make every rep count.
* Breathing: Control your breathing and transitions.
* Fueling: Give your body the energy it needs to perform and recover.

The work is being done. Now let’s sharpen the ex*****on. Okkrrrrrrr

3 WEEKS. LET’S GET AFTER IT
