Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone 1,400 classes for Casey! 💙

As a wife, mom of 4, and someone with a never-ending list of responsibilities, Casey still makes time to show up for herself and her health. Her consistency, dedication, and hard work are truly inspiring!

But what makes Casey even more special is her heart of gold. She is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, always welcoming, encouraging, and making everyone around her feel valued. Her positivity shines both inside and outside the studio.
