Experience the best that West Michigan golf has to offer with our scenic and challenging course. Since 1955, Waters Edge has been a destination for Michigan golf. Located in the quiet, rolling hills of Fremont, Michigan, Waters Edge features a scenic and challenging 18-hole public golf course, and the area’s best Pub & Restaurant, Open Tuesday through Friday from 5 pm-10pm. Our course is a pleasure for golfers of any skill level to play. Waters Edge will challenge you while providing a relaxing, picturesque backdrop. Test your accuracy with our fairways, water hazards and sand traps; we have everything you need to challenge you and improve your game. All in all, our goal is to provide you with a quality experience that includes exceptional service and a comfortable atmosphere.

We’re known for great golf, but our community and events are what truly make this place special! Here’s a look at how we spent our Saturday:

⛳ Morning: Kicking off the day with youth golfers from First-Tee West Michigan.
👶 Early Afternoon: Hosting a lovely baby shower honoring Kate and Dean Ford.
💍 Evening: Celebrating love by the water for the Tawney wedding event.
🍽️ Night: Wrapping up with delicious dinners and great times at The Lakes Restaurant & Pub!

⛳️ Crisp autumn air, sunny skies, and big swings! ☀️🍂

What a beautiful Saturday morning with our First Tee – West Michigan crew! Our participants had an incredible time working on their game with Coach Tim Hurja while taking on the virtual course at Pebble Beach using Toptracer range technology 🌊🏌️‍♂️

Beyond mastering their technique and tracing their shots, our young golfers practiced core values like perseverance, confidence, and sportsmanship out on the range today.

A huge thank you to Coach Tim and everyone who came out to make this Saturday session so memorable! 💚

Ever wonder about the story behind the two red star logo at the BUNKER? ⭐⭐

They stand as a tribute to an extraordinary leader, community hero, and beloved member of the Waters Edge family: Major General Albert "Al" Gorsky (1931–2020).
Major General Gorsky dedicated his life to service and leadership:

🇺🇸 A Legacy of Military Service: Joining the U.S. Army in 1952, he served in the Korean War and spent four decades leading with distinction—culminating as Commander of the 102nd Army Reserve Command in St. Louis and receiving the Legion of Merit medal.

👶 A Pillar in Fremont: Beyond his military achievements, Al made a lasting impact in Fremont during his 35-year career at Ge**er Baby Food Company, rising from salesman to Vice President of Sales.

⛳ A Lasting Impact at Waters Edge: Late in life, Al brought his leadership drive to help reinvent Waters Edge Golf Course.

To honor his two-star Major General rank, his extraordinary service, and his unmatched dedication to our community, The Bunker proudly features two red stars stamped on our logo.
