This is the best feeling ever! As a pitching instructor I love nothing more than when a certain movement clicks with a pitcher and they can FEEL the difference.

She was so excited that she could feel the internal rotation and how easy the release was that she went home right after the lesson PRACTICED. 😍

Even though she wasn’t going 100% that’s OK! As a young pitcher learning new movements, I’m a firm believer that they should NOT throw 100% so their mind to muscle connection can grow stronger together. 💪🔥

This athlete here is not even 5ft tall but because she is taking the time to learn how her body should be moving. She still whips it in.

She is my mini but mighty pitcher!

SPEED IS NOT EVERYTHING. Placement and spins are much more effective. 🥎👏💪

From Amanda Scarborough herself. Pretty much to a T what we teach at Strike 3.
I see it often that speed matters most and that’s simply not the case if you don’t have pinpoint accuracy.
Hannah and I are sticklers when it comes to hitting your spots once your foundation is solid.
It should be practiced OFTEN. Be a master at hitting your spots!

I wanted to reach out and say I appreciate everyone who has purchased an SF tunnel. I have been a little silent lately with my videos but it’s because I am opening a facility in my hometown.

I was thinking it would be so cool to see pictures of your athlete using the tunnel and what state you are from! If you’re interested in that send me a pic and what state you’re from and any achievements you’d like featured and I’ll post it to this page!

It’s all coming together!! I am so incredibly thankful to have my OWN space with 3 cages and 2 pitching tunnels that accommodate to baseball and softball players!! Dreams really do come true!! ❤️🥎⚾️
