Mitchell's Pier We are a bait and tackle shop in Freeport Texas on the Old Brazos River. We sell bait, tackle, snacks, drinks etc .

Fishing pier is not open at the moment but hopefully SOON. We are located on the Old Brazos River in the middle of Freeport just minutes from the dead end of the river and the Freeport Park with free access to public boat ramp, piers and parks

The Take-A-Child Fishing Tournament has officially begun at Freeport Municipal Park!

🕗 Registration: 8:00–10:00 AM
🎣 Tournament Begins: 9:00 AM

Bring your completed registration forms, fishing gear, and two canned food items per participant. The first 400 registered participants will receive a free event T-shirt and goodie bag!

We can’t wait to see everyone out on the riverbanks for a great day of fishing, family fun, and giving back 💙
