Today, September 15, marks the beginning of Hispanic Heritage Month, celebrated from September 15 through October 15! ❤️💚

This month, we celebrate the rich cultures, traditions, history, music, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities that help make our community so vibrant and special.

And tomorrow, September 16, we have an extra reason to celebrate! 🎊

September 16 is Mexican Independence Day, and we would love for you to join us for a SPECIAL EXTRA CLASS as we celebrate Mexican culture, heritage, and the spirit of independence!

Here in Freeport, we are proud of the many cultures, families, and traditions that make our community unique. Our heritage is part of our story, and this month is a wonderful opportunity to come together, learn from one another, and celebrate what makes our community special. ❤️

El Mes de la Herencia Hispana se celebra del 15 de septiembre al 15 de octubre. Durante este mes, celebramos las ricas culturas, tradiciones, historia, música y contribuciones de las comunidades hispanas y latinas que ayudan a hacer de nuestra comunidad un lugar tan vibrante y especial.

¡Y mañana, 16 de septiembre, tenemos una razón más para celebrar! 🎊

El 16 de septiembre es el Día de la Independencia de México, y nos encantaría que se unan a nosotros para una CLASE ESPECIAL EXTRA mientras celebramos la cultura mexicana, nuestras raíces y el espíritu de independencia.

Thank You for Showing Up! 💪💙

We want to say a BIG thank you to everyone who showed up and supported us! We’re so glad to provide a class that people genuinely enjoy coming to and one that we knew our Active Adults 50+ community needed.

It was wonderful to see everyone moving, stretching, getting stronger, and enjoying time together in a fun and supportive environment. We’re excited to keep building this community with you!

Now, let’s keep it going! 🙌 Keep showing up, invite a friend, and tell your neighbors. Your participation helps us continue offering this class and creating more opportunities for our community to stay active, strong, and connected.

🎃 Hello everyone! Mark your calendars! 🎃

Join us on October 22 from 6:00–9:00 PM for a fun-filled evening the whole family will enjoy!

👻 Come dressed in your best costume and enter our Costume Contest. Open to all ages!

🕸️ Be brave enough to make your way through our sponsored Haunted House by The Misfits. They put so much creativity and hard work into making it a spooky experience you won't want to miss!

🐐 We'll also have a petting zoo for everyone to enjoy.

🚗🍬 Don't forget our Trunk-or-Treat Contest for businesses! If you'd like to decorate a trunk and participate, please email us to reserve your spot.

🍭 Calling all local businesses! If you'd like to participate with a trunk, donate candy, or become a sponsor, please email us. We'd love to have you involved in making this event a success!
