Coach Mike here with some thoughts that many trainers won’t share with you as there living is attached to these lessons. If you’re looking for growth for your athlete buy into your trainer. Do the lessons do the work at home but dedicate your resources to the source you trust. If you’re seeing three pitching coaches in a two week span you don’t have clear path or a clear message to your athlete one day she’s working on spin and big muscles next thing you know she’s leaping off the mound because that’s the best next thing. If your working with three hitting coaches and wondering why there’s issues at the plate it also tells me your just chasing the easy path quick fix etc. Your not focused on the repetition the swing and figuring out timing. I’ve had these hard conversations with parents and players before and lost athletes to other trainers and honestly it was the best gift I could give there athletes. There’s no short cuts just hard work. But if every time you go to work there’s a new blue print nothing ever gets built. Buy in

ROSEMONT, Ill. – The Grand Valley State softball team split a GLIAC doubleheader at Roosevelt Wednesday (Apr. 8) afternoon. The Lakers move to 18-16 on the season and 8-4 in the GLIAC after falling 7-6 in eight innings in game one before winning game two 13-0 in five innings.
