Many people do not know what the "C" in CPTSD is. It stands for Complex and it goes beyond what people assume PTSD is. It is more than one type of traumatic event, typically it is trauma repeated over a period of time, usually through childhood, and creates essentially, a Traumatic Brain Injury during developmental years.

Getting a diagnosis was so validating for me, because everyone in my family called me "dramatic" "overreactive" or "too sensitive"

Knowledge is power, and you can choose to be a victim, or you can be a survivor.

Effective August 31st, here are the updated hours for the Studio!

As many of you know, I’ll be going back to school full-time this fall. I wanted to make sure my schedule still offers a mix of availability while also giving me the time I need to dedicate to my studies. 📚💕
