⭐️ Client Spotlight ⭐️
This client reached out to me at looking for guidance and assistance in her fitness journey and improve her health. She was about 1.5 years postpartum and her previous training regimen was not giving her the results she wanted. For the last 12 weeks with me, she has been consistently working out with exclusively at home workouts with ONLY bands and dumbbells and has made amazing progress with 4 days a week of strength/resistance training and 1 day of cardio.
I’m so excited to see how much more progress she makes!
