Session 1-
Men's 55 and 60s..... dates of play are Sep 17-20 (5gg for $890, with a reg deadline of August 20th)
Session 2-
Men's 65s - 80s..... dates of play are Sep 21-14 (5gg for $890, with a reg deadline of August 24th)
Men's 85s....... dates of play are Sep 21-24 (5gg for $435, with a reg deadline of August 24th)
Session 3-
Men's 40..... dates of play are Sep 25-27 (5gg for $890, with a reg deadline of August 28th)
Women's 40..... dates of play are Sep 25-27 (5gg for $890, with a reg deadline of August 28th)
Session 4-
Men's 50..... dates of play are Oct 1-4 (5gg for $890, with a reg deadline of September 4th)
Women's 50-60... dates of play are Oct 2-4 (5gg for $890, with a reg deadline of September 4th)

In just a few short years, The Battle of the Roses tournament has quickly become a must attend event for teams in the mid-Atlantic region. Last year's schedule was packed, and teams were left out. This year, we modified the dates, starting the 55-75s a day earlier to accommodate more teams on the weekend. Even with those changes, The Battle of the Roses is SOLD OUT (again).

I thank you, the staff at Veterans Park thanks you, and the City of York, PA thanks you for supporting this tournament.


Scheduling this tournament will be a challenge. With so many teams and divisions, we cannot honor any special start / end time requests. All teams should be prepared for morning starts and late afternoon finishes. Please tell your players to plan their travel accordingly. If this is going to be an issue, please let me know (in writing) by 5pm on April 16th so that I can offer your spot to teams that are still on the waiting list.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES / PAYMENT DEADLINES / REFUNDS
The posted deadline for this tournament is Thursday, April 16th. Teams must submit their entry fee by close of business tomorrow to hold their spot.

Please understand that teams on the waiting list will be turned away. The scheduling process and staff planning (hotels, travel, etc) begins in earnest on Friday morning. Any team that drops out of the Battle of the Roses after April 16th will lose their entry fee.
