CrossFit C**t is back to share that both CVCF and CF Erie will be hosting a food drive for Carbon Valley Help Center through the whole month of June! Tell your neighbors, your colleagues, your coaches, your hairdresser and everyone else to drop off items at either gym! Let’s see if we can beat the Erie location by bringing in more items than them!! 🍚🥫🍿

Celebration time!! Jenni hit her 50 check-ins while also celebrating losing 30 lbs in 6 months after starting CrossFit!! Amber, Dustin and Marcus all have been with us for one full year and we couldn’t be happier that they joined the CVCF family! These milestones may seem small to some, but to us, they are proof of the integrity and work ethic that our members have to keep showing up! Keep up the good work! 💪🏻🥳

Every year, CrossFit gyms around the nation do Murph, which is a physically demanding workout to honor fallen Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005. This is more than a workout, but a way to remember Michael and all the other fallen service members on Memorial Day. We thank all of our current, retired and fallen service members! 🇺🇸🫡
