You don’t have to be perfect. Just be better than you were the day before.

Ever consider resistance bands as a serious training modality? I have gained plenty of size and strength by utilizing them as tools to bettering myself. 💪

-Less joint discomfort 🦴
-Ability to bring them ANYWHERE ✈️
-Countless exercise options ✅
-Similar gains to lifting weights when using them alone 🏋️‍♂️
-Combine with weights for accommodating resistance 📈

Bands are one of my favorite options for working out. Nothing beats throwing a handful of 41” loop bands into a bag, and heading to the park with my kids for a workout under the sun. 🌞
