My ultimate LIFE goal is to Own or Co-own an affiliated gym SOMEWHERE in the Denver Area. Making a difference and seeing intense and aggressive progress in a friends or Strangers health/fitness lifestyle. I initiate the "mind over matter" concept in beginners and even experienced athletes. All the minor and little key components that get activated while lifting weights or even conditioning, get ig

nored. Breathing, joint position, specific muscle activation will be explored and exhausted. 10 years of experience under my belt (pun intended) with 2 of those years being the "Forging Fitness" method and programming.
