Franklin Country Club is a private golf course that is steeped in tradition throughout the club’s 111 year history. What was once home to the Wampanoag Indians in the 1600’s is now the home of a state of the art Clubhouse and a Championship golf course. Along the way, the club was founded in 1899, prospered in the Roaring Twenties, suffered through the Great Depression, WWI, WW II and Vietnam, enj

oyed the surpluses of the 80’s and 90’s and with a strong membership, new facilities, and a stunning golf course is poised for another 100 years through the 21st Century. Membership matters to all of us here at Franklin Country Club and is evident once you experience our club for yourself.

Brian’s dedication to FCC spans decades through his service as a past Board member, leadership on multiple committees—including the Master Plan Committee—and his continued role as coordinator of the weekly FCC Thursday Quota.

His golf accomplishments are nothing short of remarkable:

🏆 2008 & 2009 Massachusetts Mid-Amateur Champion
⭐ 2008 & 2009 Massachusetts Player of the Year
🏅 2010 New England Amateur Champion
🤝 2008 Massachusetts Four-Ball Champion (with Brad Stewart)
🏅14-Time USGA Qualifier
🏌️ 10-Time Massachusetts Tri-State Team Representative
🥇 16-Time Regional Tournament Champion...and counting!

One of Brian’s most impressive achievements came in 2009 when he captured the Massachusetts Mid-Amateur Championship by a record 12 strokes, finishing at 14-under par (196).

⛳️ What an incredible kickoff to our Couples Golf season! Thank you to everyone who joined us for a fantastic day of golf, laughs, and great memories.

Congratulations to our champions, Bill & Lisa Gannon, on taking home the first Couples Golf title of the season! 🏆

The putting contest obstacle course was a crowd favorite, bringing plenty of laughs, friendly competition, and a few creative putting lines along the way!

From the competition on the course to the fun Saturday night festivities, the energy was incredible. Thanks to everyone who made it such a memorable event. We can’t wait for the next Couples Golf outing!

Congratulations to Max Zides, who qualified yesterday for the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship! What an incredible accomplishment and a testament to all of his hard work and dedication.

Max will join fellow FCC Junior Member Thomas Constantine, who also qualified after winning the Massachusetts Junior Amateur Championship last summer.

If you see Max or Thomas around the club, be sure to congratulate them and wish them the best of luck as they compete in the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship, July 20–25, at Saucon Valley Country Club in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
