BEAUTIFUL FALL WEATHER IS IN THE FORECAST… AND IT’S OUR LAST BOURBON PADDLE TOUR OF THE SEASON! 🍂🥃🛶

This Sunday, September 27th, is your final chance this year to experience our Bourbon Paddle Tour, and it’s looking like we’ll have some beautiful fall weather to enjoy along the way!

Spend the day paddling the Kentucky River, traveling through Lock & Dam 4 and right behind Buffalo Trace Distillery before enjoying a BBQ lunch, a full distillery tour and tasting, some time in the gift shop, then paddling your way back through the lock.

It’s a full 6-hour Kentucky experience and one heck of a way to spend a fall Sunday.

Now this is a Kentucky Saturday night.

Cool fall air, the Kentucky River, and nothing but the natural light of a full moon overhead. Join us Saturday, September 26 for our Full Moon Float through Downtown Frankfort.

We’ll hit the water from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM and enjoy one of those evenings that just feels like fall in Kentucky.

Looking for something fun to do close to home? Here’s your weekend water update.

ELKHORN CREEK 💦
The Elkhorn is currently at 2.42 ft, flowing around 120 CFS, with a water temp of 78°. That puts us in our low water range, so expect some shallow spots and a little extra scooting along the way.

Pack light, wear sturdy shoes and embrace it. On a hot weekend like this, the creek is a pretty good place to slow down, splash around and cool off along the way.

KENTUCKY RIVER 🛶
If you’re looking for an easier paddle with plenty of water, the Kentucky River is looking great this weekend. It’s a perfect option for getting outside, taking your time and enjoying a relaxing day on the water.

You don’t have to go far to make a good weekend out of it. Come on out!
