Hi everyone,

First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration our recent schedule change caused. We know how much you rely on our facility for your daily routines, and it was never our intention to upset or disrupt our community. We hear you loud and clear, and we want to make things right.

To ensure everyone has ample time to adjust, we have decided to completely pause any changes to our schedule until July 1st. Your current hours and routines will remain exactly as they are right now for the rest of June.

When the transition happens next month, here is exactly what to expect:

Summer Hours (Starting July 1st):

Monday – Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sauna & Walking Track Reminder: Just as a quick note to prevent any further confusion, the sauna and walking track will continue to close at 9:00 PM (no changes from the current setup).

Weekday Mid-Days (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM): We are still open during these hours! If you need any assistance during this mid-day window, please just head over to Action Park, and our team will be right there to help you out.

Key Fobs for Extra Flexibility: If you need access outside of these hours, you can grab a key fob for a $20 deposit. There are zero monthly fees, and your $20 is fully refunded whenever you return the fob. 24hr access.

We want to start by saying a sincere thank you. Thank you for your passion, your dedication, and most importantly, your honest feedback.

We’ve heard you loud and clear regarding our recent schedule changes: you aren’t happy with the new hours, and frankly, neither are we.

Our goal has always been to support your performance and fit seamlessly into your daily routine. When a change disrupts your routine instead of empowering it, we know we missed the mark. We are truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused.

We are fully committed to rectifying this situation. We will communicate our finalized, updated hours of operation immediately following tomorrow’s session.
