The most expensive gym membership is the one you don’t use.

Those expensive visits have no guidance, no fun, no accountability and no plan. Most people just try and fill an hour wandering from machine to machine, hoping to not hurt themselves.

Compare that to a gym like ours.

A gym where there is a team of professionals who are there to lead, coach, motivate and provide accountability.

A gym where we will call you, text you, email you if you stop showing up.

A gym where 95% of its members have attended a session in the last 10 days (and if they haven’t, we know why).

A gym where, yeah, it’s more expensive if you look at it in terms of monthly cost, but because you actually use it, it is insanely more valuable.

Now, a lot of people don’t “need” that. They wake up fired up and ready to go. They know exactly what to do and they’re getting results on their own. That’s awesome. More power to them.

However, a lot of people do; myself included.
