xtensive continuing education on a yearly basis in order to address the widest possible range of physical goals and conditions from osteoporosis to pre-post natal to athletes or to those regaining their strength and vitality after cancer treatment. We are ideally situated in the historic West Central neighborhood at the corner of Jefferson Boulevard and Fulton Street, offering easy in and out access and front-door parking at no cost. Our group classes have four levels of challenge with level one and two being the most fundamental. Level three classes go from learning the basics of Pilates (form, breathing, balance) to adding more of a strength and endurance challenge. Students who enter level four classes are expected to have a strong foundation of Pilates, endurance and overall strength so that they may safely be able to work on the challenges that some of the higher level Pilates repertoire requires. Knowing proper form and the fundamentals of Pilates is critical to growing as a Pilates student. The purpose of our levels is not to master one level over the other, but more to address what each student may need at that moment in their fitness journey.

Our group classes have four levels of challenge with level one and two being the most fundamental. However, level one and level two classes are where our students learn their form in addition to breathing, balance, and overall technique to grow as Pilates students. The purpose of our levels is not to master one level over the other, but more to address what each student may need at that moment in their fitness journey. Some of our regular level four students often return to level one classes to work on the fundamentals of Pilates. Working on form over fatigue can often build the strongest, most well-rounded Pilates students 💪🏼
