September’s challenge is simple: SHOW UP!

This month, we’re focusing on building consistency and creating the habit of showing up, even on the days when you might not feel like it. Every class is another opportunity to move your body, put in the work, and keep working toward your goals.

And this month, showing up could pay off!

So come to the classes, get through the doors, and start stacking up those days! Let’s see who can stay consistent all September long.

Three years. Countless classes, workouts, and memories 🩵

Today we celebrated Coach Katie and Brett with one last Saturday workout before they begin their next adventure.

While we’re so excited for everything that’s ahead of them, it’s hard to imagine CFEA without them. Their impact on our community goes far beyond the whiteboard. They’ve encouraged, coached, supported, and inspired so many people over the last three years, and for that, we are incredibly grateful.

Thank you both for everything you’ve poured into the gym and our members. You’ll always be a part of the CFEA family, no matter where life takes you.

We’ll miss you more than words can say, but we will always be cheering for you guys from afar. Here’s to new adventures and new beginnings!
