💥 In real life we want to defend ourselves and often times tell ourselves we are prepared.

We train for the expected and unexpected which increases our survival percentages because we continue to train in a safe environment but uncomfortable situations.

A benefit of continuous training is also preparing the mind to solve problems, make adjustments, add new options and more.

While visualizing is good, there’s no replacement for continuous training which is the reason you need to start taking classes.

Our classes are great for self defense and competition so find a few hours a week and join.

We have a great beginners class starting next week that will prepare you for more training sessions.

Hey Fort Smith, do we need a grass wall and some neon?

That would be a cool look but we went with a matted wall… since you asked why, let us explain

Matted walls gives us an added layer of protection while training. The action on the mats can get dynamic so a pad is a good choice.

The wall mat also allows us to train off the wall, an escape, an attack, trapped in corners.

Plus it just looks cool and makes a great background for selfies and pictures.
