A lot of people think overeating is just a discipline problem.

But honestly, modern life makes nutrition harder than people realize.

Stress.
Busy schedules.
Poor sleep.
Skipping meals.
Highly processed foods everywhere.

Then people blame themselves for struggling.

The truth is, most processed foods are designed to keep you wanting more — and when you combine that with exhaustion and stress, it’s easy to feel stuck in the cycle of “starting over” every Monday.

That’s why real progress usually comes from building better habits, not trying to be perfect.
