One last set of announcements as we kick off the 2026 show season.

Shout out to everyone who showed up to help w**d whack, mow, and spruce up the Grounds while Shaun was busy working on the new booth. It was very encouraging, and much appreciated.

Speaking of the new booth- modifications are still underway and we’re not quite settled into the space as of yet. There is a fair amount of debris/equipment that needs organization and a step needs to be built before it is fully functional.

While we’re excited to show off the new space, we ask that while the show is running that the space be reserved for show officials only. This will assist us in transitioning our processes, learn to how use our new equipment and keep everyone safe. We thank you for your cooperation.

We also tore down the 50 year-old wooden bleachers as they were falling apart and posed a significant health hazard. Please bring your own seating and encourage any spectators that you may invite to do the same. At some point, we will discuss replacing the bleachers if we miss them.

Our Judge had to cancel due to transportation issues and Annie Torres Savage happened to be available and graciously agreed to Judge for us on Sunday. Thank you, Annie!!

This weekend’s show is shaping up to be have one of the largest turn-outs that we have had in recent history, with just over 60 entries! Please pray that the rain will hold off and that everything will run smoothly!

We’re looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow! ~ P&S BOD

As we begin our 2026 show season we’d like to announce a few changes, reminders and housekeeping items that should help season run as smoothly as possible.

Insurance: Please bring/ email a copy of the declaration page of your home owners /farm insurance to have on file for the season.

Sponsorship: Remember that in order for Members to earn points for Year-End Awards, each rider must have a $30 class sponsor. Any questions? Reach out to our Public Relations Chair, Danielle Cyr.

Safety: If your horse does not like being close to others and/or kicks, we ask that there be a red ribbon placed in its tail.

Dogs: Dogs are welcome, however must be on a leash during events. For safety, dogs are NOT allowed in the holding area near the gate.

Trailer Parking: Trailers should be parked perpendicularly, parallel to the Stables, allowing enough room for through traffic. We ask that horses not be tied to the Stables during hauling in/hauling out timeframes. Signs will be posted by the Grounds chair to hopefully alleviate some congestion. There is room out back for a few trailers as well, however please don’t block the manure pile.

Merchandise: We will have a few T-Shirts for sale and will have an order forms available for additional swag.

Rain Policy: Shows run Rain or Shine. Our Judges are traveling from some distance and their fees are non-refundable. However upon occasion events may be canceled due to safety concerns i.e. thunder & lightning, footing deterioration. The BOD may decide to cancel or reschedule on a case by case basis. Point allocation will be determined with those decisions

Our judge for June is Bethany White, and Mimi’s Smashin' Food Truck will be on site both days.

We look forward to starting our show season, and cannot wait to see everyone! ~ BOD

We’d like to send a heartfelt thank you to one of our wonderful 2026 sponsors for donating the gravel for our new announcer’s booth. This improvement has been on our list, and we’re so grateful for the support that helps make it happen. It’s partnerships like these that help turn improvements from ideas to reality and continue moving our club forward. We’re grateful to have such incredible sponsors and can’t wait to enjoy this new addition throughout the 2026 season!

In Loving Memory of Matthew & Quinten Leavitt
