New to fitness? No problem! All workout have multiple options from low impact to “beast” mode. Bootcamps are self paced and every workout will include cardio and strength moves. All via zoom

New to the crew?! Enjoy a two month discount if you commit!!!
Also replay options available if you can’t join in live. You may also join in per workout for $5 a class or get a monthly rate.

Bootcamp Monday/Wednesday 5:30-6:30 pm
Bootcamp Tuesday/Thursday 5:30-6:30am
Mini Bootcamp Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:30-7am
Pop Pilates and Yoga once a week through replay, if you are interested in live class we can arrange a specific time.

Don’t forget I also offer personal reiki sessions only $30 for an hour via zoom.

Hello, hello once again! We are back this week with 3RD EYE!!
If you have been feeling that mental fog, suffering from headaches, perhaps you find are an overthinker/worrier or just experiencing a feeling of being "lost", you may benefit from clearing and opening your third eye.
Join us Wednesday, Dec 15th, from 7-8 PM EST for our 6th chakra session.
This is also a perfect chakra to work on if you want to develop a deeper understanding of spirituality and open yourself to a higher intuitive guidance.

Coming up on Wednesday, Nov 17th at 7-8PM EST we have our second chakra, Sacral! Come join in live with us!! We always end with a healing session, so if your sacral chakra is a little off Wednesday would be a great night to pop on! We cannot wait to see you guys!!! 😁
