Today, our kids were helping other kids learn their warm-up movements—teaching, encouraging, and leading by example.

It’s amazing watching them realize that being an athlete is about more than getting stronger yourself. It’s about helping the people around you get better too.

This recognition isn’t something that’s handed out—it’s earned.

Behind every inning, every at-bat, and every big play are countless hours of work that no one sees. Early mornings, late nights, extra reps, and the decision to keep showing up when it would’ve been easier not to.

I’ve had the privilege of watching these young men put in the work, and this honor is a reflection of the commitment they’ve made to becoming better athletes and even better people.
