IRONMAN 70.3 OMAHA RELAY FINISHERS 🏊🚴🏃

Yesterday was a reminder that big goals are rarely accomplished alone.

Proud to stand alongside a great client and a great member of Secor Strength as we completed the Ironman 70.3 Omaha Relay. What started as a challenge turned into an unforgettable experience filled with teamwork, encouragement, and pushing through adversity together.

Crossing that finish line wasn’t just about earning a medal—it was about trusting the process, supporting one another, and finding out what we’re capable of when we commit to a goal.

Congratulations to our relay team on an incredible accomplishment. The finish line is just the reward for the work that was put in.

These softball athletes are continuing to put in the work as their season gets underway! In-season training helps athletes maintain strength, power, speed, and confidence throughout the year while supporting performance on the field.

The goal isn’t to wear athletes down—it’s to keep them strong, healthy, and performing at their best all season long. Consistent training during the season can make a big difference when it comes to staying explosive, reducing injury risk, and competing at a high level.
