Hey all! Kaila here! I'm gauging interest in a small group personal training class for Tuesday/Thursday mornings at 6:15am.

Lots of new studies are showing that for women in their mid 30s and up, high intensity training can actually have negative effects on the body by increasing the amount of cortisol (our stress hormone) that's produced.

This class would be a mid-range intensity class to help women build muscle with mid range cardio options built in.

The class would be capped at ten! Comment below!

Its official! Downtown and ICCC will be opening at 1 o’clock! The pool will remain closed for today! There will be no kids care! There will be no coliseum classes today/tonight!
