BB SPORTS: ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE CLASS

Small-group strength and performance training built for athletes who want to hit harder, throw harder, run faster, and move better. This isn't a bootcamp. This isn't a class where you count reps and go home. Every session is programmed to build the physical foundation that translates directly to the field.

What we train:

Strength — foundational lifts that build the base every athlete needs

14yo Cormac Stewart | New PR 80mph | 2030 Grad Pitcher Infielder

I always tell people the sooner I get you bought in, the greater your ceiling is!

Cormac has been bought in day 1 when he started with us at 11/12 years old and we have been climbing ever since! His work ethic is second to no one and he is coachable like no one other!

14 years old and just hit a fastball velo of 80mph the other day. This guy will be throwing 90 before you know it!

Stanford Baseball is his goal and if he keeps working like he is, he will be at that goal before long
