OTAC CrossFit Motivating athletes to reach their full potential through fully functional fitness.

We decided to incorporate a CrossFit box into our gym because we agree that fitness is a combination of 10 elements that can be best achieved in a group atmosphere under the supervision of an experienced coach. The 10 attributes of fitness are: cardio endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. We aim to keep you motivated and informed with all the latest CrossFit training information.

HYROX season is heating up at OTAC!

We’ve launched our PRVN 3 day a week HYROX training program and we’re building toward HYROX Denver in November. We’ve also got another race simulation coming before the big day so you can train with purpose and see where you stack up.

Marcy didn’t plan on joining CrossFit. She just wanted to feel better. Nearly 10 years later it’s still her thing. Show up. No thinking required. A coach who keeps you safe, challenges you, and makes sure you’re getting stronger instead of just sore.

CrossFit here is scalable, supportive, and never boring. Marcy started after 50, and she’s still chasing PRs, even when they don’t show up on the bar that day. Progress still counts. So does showing up.

2025 was filled with lots of lifts, laughs, and the occasional cry. Just want to thank everyone this year for giving everything you got, and if you didn’t give it your all, there’s no better day to start than right now. We’ll be here to help you do it.
