God is amazing. He knows everything. I always thought I wanted a boy to become a fighter and a tough man, but God gave me something even more special — my beautiful daughter, the little girl who changed my life forever.

You are the reason I try every single day to become a better person. My love, I want you to always remember that when Daddy is with you, nothing will happen to you. I will always protect you with my life and with my soul. But more important than protecting you, I prepared you to be strong enough to take care of yourself, and I know you are becoming an incredible young woman.

Muay Thai Pad Holding Seminar

Hey everyone!

I would like to invite all fighters, students, coaches, and anyone interested in Muay Thai to come join my upcoming seminar at Quintella MMA Academy.

This seminar will focus on one of the most important parts of Muay Thai training: how to properly hold pads for punches, kicks, knees, and combinations.

A lot of people hold pads incorrectly without realizing it, and over time this can create bad habits for both the student and the fighter. Proper pad holding is not just about holding targets — it’s about helping athletes develop correct technique, timing, distance, balance, power, and real fight application.

In this seminar, you will learn:• Correct pad positioning• Proper timing and movement• How to feed punches, kicks, knees, and combinations correctly• How to help fighters improve technique safely and effectively• How pad work connects directly to real fighting situations

My goal is to help students, coaches, and training partners understand the details that make Muay Thai training more technical, realistic, and efficient.

Everyone is welcome — beginners, advanced students, fighters, coaches, and anyone who wants to improve their understanding of Muay Thai.

The most important part of our academy is not the building—it’s the people inside. That’s what makes Quintela MMA so special.

Here, parents and kids train at the same time, on both the first and second floors. At the end of class, everyone comes together—to talk, to laugh, to play, and to learn.
