Downward-Facing Dog → Step Through
• Kristin uses two blocks to create more space in her shoulders and hamstrings and make the step through more accessible
• Diana takes a traditional Downward-Facing Dog
Triangle
• Kristin places a block by her right foot to create more space in her spine and shoulders
• Diana takes a bind, deepening the shoulder and chest opening while challenging mobility and balance
Reverse Warrior
• Kristin eases into the shape
• Diana layers in a bind for added depth and expansion
Pyramid
• Kristin folds over her left leg
• Diana lifts her back heel and then her front toes, increasing hamstring engagement and loading the front leg
Horse
• Kristin moves slowly and stays higher in the pose
• Diana sinks deeper, increasing range of motion and hip, knee, and ankle mobility
Yoga Curtsy
• Kristin takes a traditional curtsy with hands at heart center
• Diana opens her arms wide for more expansion through the chest and shoulders
Crescent Twist
• Kristin grounds through her feet and hooks her right elbow outside the thigh
• Diana takes a bind, increasing the intensity of the twist
Standing Split
• Kristin keeps her hands grounded for support and stability
• Diana kicks up toward a handstand, challenging balance and facing the fear of falling
