From our Run Club to runners everywhere, we’re celebrating every step, every interval, and every mile logged along the way.

Some of us just started. Some are training for races. Some just show up for the community. No matter where you’re at in your journey, you’re a runner.

We’re proud of this crew for showing up week after week, encouraging each other, and proving that running doesn’t have to be done alone.

You’re showing up to your workouts, putting in the effort, and staying consistent—but if your nutrition isn’t supporting your goals, your results may stall.

Trainer Tuesday 💪

A lot of people think progress is just about training harder or eating cleaner — but one of the biggest overlooked factors is stress.

When your stress levels are high, your body shifts into survival mode, not progress mode. That can affect everything from how you recover to how you perform.

You might notice:
• Slower recovery after workouts
• Constant fatigue or low energy
• Stalled strength or fat loss progress
• Poor sleep quality
• Higher cravings and lower motivation

The key thing to understand is this: your body doesn’t separate life stress from training stress — it all stacks together.

So even if your workouts are solid, high stress can quietly slow your results.

What actually helps:
• Prioritizing consistent sleep
• Keeping daily movement (like walking) simple and consistent
• Taking true rest days when needed
• Adjusting training intensity during stressful seasons
• Adding recovery habits like stretching or breathing work

Sometimes the best thing you can do for progress… is recover better, not push harder.
